Refund Processing

The processing time for your refund depends on the type of refund and the payment method you used.
The refund timeline begins once BDesimart.com processes your refund request according to the applicable refund type.

The refund amount covers the product price and the shipping fee for the returned item (if applicable).


Types of Refunds

BDesimart.com will process your refund based on the following refund types:

  • Refund from Returns – Refunds are initiated after your returned item reaches our warehouse and passes the Quality Check (QC). To learn how to return an item, please read our [Return Policy].
  • Refund from Canceled Orders – Refunds are automatically initiated once your cancellation request is successfully processed.
  • Refund from Failed Delivery – Refunds are initiated once the item is returned to the seller. Please note that delivery time may vary depending on your shipping address.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return and refund, please ensure:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • The product includes original tags, user manual, warranty card, free gifts, invoice, and accessories.
  • The product is returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging/box and remains intact.
  • If the item was delivered in BDesimart.com packaging, it must be returned in the same packaging.
  • Do not place tape or stickers directly on the manufacturer’s box/packaging.

Important Notes

When handing over your package to the drop-off station or pickup agent, please collect the return acknowledgment receipt from BDesimart.com and keep it safe for future reference.

Always mention your order number and return tracking number inside your return package to avoid delays or inconvenience in processing your return.
